This year has been transformational for VCC. With measurable results, it is our hope that we will demonstrate the impact of our work since relaunching in May, and throughout December 2024.
We started by reimagining our mission and vision. Our theme has been to “Bridge Addiction and Mental Healthcare Gaps Through Compassionate Innovation”.

• 100% Website Overhaul: Fully redesigned our website to reflect our renewed mission.
• 14 Articles Published: Added valuable content through our engaging blog, offering insights on addiction treatment and recovery.
• 350+ Social Media Posts, 2365 reactions, 417 comments, 217 reposts, and more than 17,000 followers: Increased community engagement across Facebook, LinkedIn, IG, and Threads by over 75%.
• Added a Healing Store: Launched with a curated selection of items to support recovery.
New Consulting Services
• JCAHO Compliance Service for Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT): Created a tailored service to help organizations meet Joint Commission (JCAHO) standards, ensuring better delivery of MAT and improved patient outcomes.
• Fentanyl Education and Overdose Training Implementation Plan for Schools: Developed a comprehensive plan to help schools meet the mandate for fentanyl education, equipping educators to teach prevention and response effectively.
• First-of-its-Kind Organizational Assessment Tool: Designed an innovative assessment tool to determine readiness for delivering opioid treatment services, empowering organizations to take actionable steps toward effective care.
• Executive Coaching for Healthcare Leaders: Launched executive coaching services to develop and support the next generation of leaders in the healthcare sector.
• Compliance Readiness Services: Introduced specialized support to assist providers in preparing for regulatory site visits, ensuring adherence to standards and seamless accreditation processes.Client Success and Program Development
• 4 Buprenorphine Programs: Successfully initiated or enhanced Medication Assisted Treatment programs, expanding access to life-saving care.

• 17 Proposals, 2 Grants: Secured more than $150,000 in funding for clients to support addiction treatment initiatives.
• 3 Business Platforms: Designed custom business development solutions, including targeting, routing, messaging, and sales training.
• 1 New Workforce Curriculum: Developed for peer support specialists to strengthen the recovery workforce.
Education and Professional Development
• 87 Accredited Hours: Hosted 4 multi-day workshops, training 320 clinicians to enhance professional capabilities.
• NAADAC Accreditation: Achieved Approved Education Provider status, expanding our ability to deliver high-quality education.
• Created a Safe Space for Provider Stories: Launched an initiative to give addiction and mental health providers a platform to share their experiences, fostering community, reducing stigma, and inspiring innovative solutions in the field.
• 11 Presentations Delivered: Included 3 keynotes, 4 panels, and 4 CEU-accredited trainings for professionals.
Advocacy and Community Impact
• 8 New Advocacy Partners: Strengthened collaborations to address the opioid crisis.
• 13 Advocacy Events: Promoted awareness and systemic change across key platforms.
• Washington, D.C. Representation: As the newly appointed President Elect for the National Association for Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors (NAADAC/IL), our CEO represented Illinois Addiction Counselors, advocating for improved access to treatment.
• 2 Strategic Planning Sessions: Facilitated to guide clients toward measurable goals.
• 72 Hours Dedicated: Delivered 32 mentorship hours and 40 volunteer hours to support communities and emerging professionals.
Our Commitment to Philanthropy At Vantage Clinical Consulting LLC, giving back is at the heart of what we do. Through the Gregory J. Hand Addiction Recovery Scholarship at Governors State University, we proudly support the next generation of counselors pursuing their master’s degrees. This scholarship honors the legacy of Gregory J. Hand and helps equip future leaders with the resources needed to make a meaningful impact in the field of addiction and mental health recovery.
Additionally, we tithe 10% of our time to provide services to organizations that might not otherwise have the resources to access them. This commitment ensures that essential support, such as training, strategy development, and education, reaches those who need it most, fostering better care and stronger communities. By investing in people and organizations, we strive to create lasting change and build a foundation for a healthier, more equitable future.
